Ensuring the safety of every student, teacher, and staff member is our highest priority. We are committed to maintaining a secure learning environment free from both internal and external threats by providing a dedicated School Resource Officer (SRO) in every school, addressing disruptive behavior that interrupts teaching and learning, and fostering a culture of safety, respect, and accountability across all campuses.

teachers are here to teach, students are here to learn, and ANYTHING that prevents that from occurring is wrong and will not be tolerated.

We believe families, educators, and communities deserve full confidence in how schools operate. That means clear and accessible information on how funding and expenses are managed, open communication about curriculum and instructional practices, and honest reporting of school performance. By fostering transparency in every area, we strengthen trust, accountability, and shared responsibility for student success.

Every student deserves the opportunity to achieve their highest potential, recognizing that learning happens at different paces and through diverse instructional styles. We are committed to fostering academic excellence by providing individualized supports, innovative teaching approaches, and flexible educational pathways that ensure each student can succeed. By meeting students where they are and guiding them forward, we prepare every learner for lifelong achievement.

I strongly support parental choice in education because I believe parents—not the government—should have the primary authority in deciding what is best for their children. My own family is deeply invested in public education; my wife and children are part of our public school community, and I support public education 100%. Strong public schools are vital to our communities and our future. But supporting public education does not mean families should be limited to only one option. Parents deserve the freedom to choose the educational path that best fits their child’s needs, values, and future. Government should support families and schools, but it should never replace the role of parents. Simply put, we raise our children—we do not co-parent with the government.

Literacy is the foundation for all learning, and we are committed to ensuring every student gains strong reading skills from the earliest years. By prioritizing early intervention, evidence-based instruction, and targeted support—including tools such as dyslexia screening and specialized reading assistance—we help students build the confidence and ability needed to succeed across all subjects. We also recognize the vital role families and communities play in supporting literacy, and we are dedicated to fostering partnerships that reinforce reading success at home and in school. Our goal is that every child reads proficiently, opening doors to lifelong learning and opportunity.

We are committed to maintaining transparent and high academic standards that challenge students to reach their full potential. Assessments are designed to measure growth and identify where students may need additional support, ensuring that every learner has the tools to succeed. Testing is important, but it does not define a student’s educational experience; it serves to inform how schools and educators can better guide each child on their path to success. We are equally committed to reducing over-testing, ensuring that assessments remain purposeful, balanced, and focused on supporting student learning and growth rather than burdening it.

We are strongly committed to preparing every student for success beyond graduation through career readiness, Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE), and workforce development opportunities. By aligning education with the needs of local business and industry, we ensure students gain the skills, knowledge, and real-world experiences that open doors to high-demand careers. Federal bureaucracy often slows the delivery of vital resources, ties up funding in unnecessary red tape, and diverts dollars that could be more effectively used in classrooms. By returning authority to the state, we can ensure resources are directed where they matter most—supporting students, empowering teachers, and strengthening schools.
